Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data numerinho collects, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It applies to the website and to the service that follows a request. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is ZAHARD LTD (trading as numerinho), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, company number 14503377. Contact: contact@numerinho.com.
What we collect on the website
- When you send a request (individual): first name, last name, email, phone number, nationality, country of residence, what you need the NIF for, and your message if you write one.
- When you send a request (company): company name, country of registration, your name, email, phone number, what the company needs the NIPC for, and your message if you write one.
- Where the request comes from: the page, the language and, if present in the link you followed, campaign parameters (UTM, gclid).
- Measurement and advertising cookies, only if you accept them: see our cookie policy.
The website takes no identity document and no payment.
What we collect after your request
If you go ahead, we ask you, outside the website, for what the application needs: an identity document, a proof of address and the signed power of attorney. For a company, the company documents we list for you. We use them only to prepare and file your application.

We never sell your data and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Who receives your data
- Our team, to answer you and handle your application.
- Our filing partners in Portugal and the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira, to file your application and obtain your NIF.
- Our service providers, who process data on our instructions: Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and form storage, United States); the tools we use to receive your request and to write to you from contact@numerinho.com; Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with your consent).
Transfers outside the UK and the EU
Some providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) when the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The United Kingdom is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to an application: 12 months after our last exchange.
- Application files: the time of the service, then 6 years for accounting and legal claims.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, receive it in a portable format, and object to its use. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; for cookies, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Write to contact@numerinho.com. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk), or the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.
Security
Every page and form uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last version.
